摘要
以有机硅化合物、嵌段聚醚和脂肪醇为主要原料, 研制出一种高效复合缓释消泡
剂SD- 1。评价了SD - 1在OP- 10和十二烷基苯磺酸钠水体系中的消泡和抑泡效果, 考察
了SD- 1的抗盐、抗钙、抗温性能以及SD - 1在各种钻井液中的消泡作用和对钻井液性能的
影响, 并进行了现场应用。室内及现场试验结果表明, 新型消泡剂SD- 1消泡效果好, 抑泡作
用显著, 使用周期长, 抗盐、抗钙污染的能力强, 抗温性好, 适合于多种钻井液体系, 且对钻井液
性能没有不良影响。
Abstract
A new type o f defoam er w ith h igh e fficiency, SD1, is prepared. It m a in ly consists o f o rganic silicide, b lock copo lyether and fatty a lcoho.l The defo rm property and its im pact on dr illing flu id properties, as we ll as the influences of tem pera ture and m ud po llutan ts on the effic iency of de foam er are a lso evalua ted. The experim ent resu lts and field app lication show that the defoam er perform s w e ll in de fo am ing property and res istance to temperature and m ud po llutan ts. M eanw hile, the m in ima l im pac ts on dr illing fluid prope rties are found.
