重复压裂工艺在川西致密低渗气藏中的应用分析

川西新场气田蓬莱镇组气藏储层致密, 渗流条件差, 所以多数气井必须在投入开
发前进行压裂改造。由于压裂增产有效期一般少于3 a, 这对提高气藏采收率极为不利。针对
这种情况, 开展了气井重复压裂工艺技术的理论计算和现场应用研究, 现在已经初步形成了一
套包括储层评估、重复压裂潜力井优选、重复压裂造缝机理研究、优化重复压裂施工及配套工
艺和压后评估为特点的气井重复压裂技术体系。经过现场试验, 重复压裂技术可以在川西致
密低渗气藏取得较好的效果。该技术有效提高川西地区各气藏的开发水平, 同时也为类似的
致密碎屑岩气藏开发提供有益的指导。

seepage flow cond itions poor. M ost o f the g as we lls w ith poor
nature productiv ity have to be frac tured to stimu late the
productiv ity. H ow ever, the e ffective pe riod canno t last m ore
than 3 years because o f the tight rock character istics and other
reasons, which is d isadvantaged to improve gas recovery
ra tio. Re frac tur ing theory has been applied to tack le th is hard
nut. This refracturing techno logy system, wh ich have a good
effect on w est S ichuan gas fields, and have im proved our
developm ent leve,l can prov ide a d irection fo r refractur ing
application in o ther tight gas reservo irs, based on reservo ir
eva luation, optim iza tion o f refract cand idate we lls, resea rch
on refractur ing m echan ism, optim iza tion o f fractur ing
techno logy and eva luation after fracturing.
