摘要
CXG型堵漏剂是一种新型的堵漏封窜剂, 该堵剂在常用的油井水泥基础上, 添
加了具有活性组分的支撑剂、悬浮分散剂和固化剂。室内及现场试验表明, CXG 型堵漏剂具
有热稳定性好、固结体强度高、可实现等体积固结和自愈合等性能, 对不同渗透率岩心均具有
较强的封堵能力, 可用于封堵管外窜、裂缝、高渗透层及地层大孔道, 并已在胜利孤岛油田现场
应用中获得成功, 具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract
CXG is a new ly developed p lugg ing agent, which is
developed by add ing proppan t w ith active com ponen ts,
suspended dispersan t and hardening agent into the traditiona l
cem ent. The results in lab and field test ind icate that CXG
has the good properties of heat stab ility, h igh in tensity,
concre tion and concrescence at the sam e vo lum e. It can p lug
co res w ith different pe rmeability. There fore, it can be used in
the plug o f channeling, fracture, th ief zone, channe,l etc.
And it is successfu lly app lid in Gudao o ilfie ld. Th is paper
m a inly in troduces the expe rim ent study and field test of CXG.
