摘要
安棚区块碱井固井水泥浆胶结不好, 水泥浆易漏失造成固井质量较差、水泥返高
不够等问题。通过对固井技术研究、室内实验和现场施工应用, 优选出了适用碱井固井的水泥
浆体系和固井工艺, 较好地解决了碱井井径不规则、碱对水泥浆污染、碱井水泥浆返高不够等
问题, 有效地提高了碱井固井质量, 延长了碱井开采寿命。
Abstract
The cem entation of cem ent slurry is not good in a lkali
w e ll of Anpeng area. Cement slurry leak ing results in poo r
cem enting quality and no t enough cem ent he ight. Through the
cem enting techno logy research, experim ent and field
application, a good cement slurry system and cem enting
techno logy su itable for a lka li w ell are se lec ted, wh ich can
so lve the problem s as irregu la r bo reho le diam eter and slurry
contam ination, etc. A fte r applied in field, cem enting qua lity
is e ffectiv ely im proved, the produc tion life for a lka li w e ll is
pro longed w ith a good econom ic and socia l benefit.
