韦2断块油田随着开采程度的提高, 水淹程度提高, 生产条件不断变化, 油田结
垢现象日趋明显, 并且开始影响油井正常生产。通过结垢分布和垢型特征分析, 结合注入水、
地层水化学资料和相关模拟试验, 讨论分析了结垢机理和主要影响因素, 在此基础上, 结合现
场生产实际情况, 提出优化生产参数改善油井结垢对生产的影响, 现场应用取得满意效果, 并
探讨了该油田结垢防治技术的发展方向。
Abstract
Sca ling in W ei 2 fau lt block o ilfield is m ore and m ore obv ious as thew ater cut increases continuously, and beg ins to affect the o ilfie ld deve lopm ent effectiveness. Th is paper stud ies the sca ling m echan ism and discusses its m a jo r influenc ing facto rs by m eans of analyzing sca le characteriste ics , in jec tion wa ter and form ation w ater and simu la ting sca ling experim ents. From this, it presents the m ethod o f optim izing production param eters o f prlduction w e lls fo r decreasing the influence of scaling on the prlduction w e lls, wh ich has been put into field use and has got satisfac tory effects.
