压裂是油层改造、新井投产、老井稳产、单井产能提高的重要手段, 然而压裂增产
的同时, 也会不可避免地给油层带来较为严重的伤害, 导致压裂无效或减产, 不能达到预期的
增产效果, 为此试验应用了压裂后污染处理技术。该技术由HY - 25、HY - 26、HY - 27三种
成分组成, 可有效缩短排液周期, 改善破胶液返排效果, 对支撑剂质量不产生明显影响。现场
实施后效果非常好, 产液量增加, 含水率大幅度下降。低渗透油田压裂后污染处理技术针对性
强, 综合性强, 采用多段塞配合的新工艺, 施工工艺简单, 成功率高, 低伤害, 低成本, 施工安全,
处理效果显著。
Frac tur ing is an importan t m e thod o f o il layer 􀀁 s
reconstruction, new w e ll putting on production and o ld we lls
stab ilizing production. H owerer, it can br ing a serious hurt to
the o il layer inevitably a long w ith fracture stim ulation and
causes the frac ture inva lidity or production reduction so tha t it
cann􀀁 t achieve the an tic ipation o f production increase. Fo r
this reason, we have an experim ent and app ly the process ing
techno logy to the po llution after frac ture. In 2005, two we lls
w ere e lected to carry on the exper im ent, the effect w as
ex trem e ly good a fter the scene imp lementation. The da ily w ell
flu id increased, the w ater percen tage dropped a t la rge scale.
Up to the year 2006, M arch 15, the cumu la tive o il production
has increased to 768t. The po int and com prehension is strong
w hen the techno logy o f back pollution process ing is used in
low perm eab le fie ld. W e used the new craft o f m ulti- s lug
coo rdina te wh ich is sim ple, the success ra tio is h igh, theapp lication va lue.
