为了提高抽油井机械采油系统效率并节约电能, 应用系统动态参数的计算机仿
真方法, 在波动方程的基础上建立系统效率仿真分析数学模型。影响抽油机系统效率大小的
因素很多, 但在抽油井产液量、有效提升高度一定的情况下, 抽油机的冲程和冲次是影响单井
系统效率的主要因素。根据计算机仿真计算, 绘制出系统效率随抽汲参数的变化关系图。
To ach ieve the purpose of ra ising the system eficiency of
m echan ical recovery in pump ing we lls and sav ing e lectr ica l
energy, th is paper uses a system dynam ic com pute r artific ia l
m ethod of param eter and sets up m athem atica l m ode ls fo r
simu la ting system e ffic iency on the founda tion o f fluctuant
equation . There are m any factors tha t influence sy stem
efficiency, but when tak ing out o il we ll to produce liquid
quantity and effcetive prom o tion a ltitude under certain
condution, stroke and stroke rush is the m ajor in fluence of
sing le we ll system effic iency. A cco rding to ca lcu la ting, we can
draw up the chang e re lation m ap of sy stem e fficiency to fo llow
stroke rush.
