摘要
壁面剪应力设计方法, 从理论上把塞流顶替、低速顶替及紊流顶替技术统一起
来。对流变参数不再作特殊要求, 只要结合环空返速, 使摩阻大于一定数值即可。水泥浆环空
流动的壁面剪应力是影响顶替效率的关键因素。但要实现最终合格固井质量的目标, 还需要
从入井流体的整体设计考虑。
Abstract
W a ll shear stress m ethod integrates the plug flow
d isp lacing, the low speed displac ing and the turbulent flow
d isp lacing me thods in theory. Th is m ethod needs not spec ia l
requ irem ents on rheo log ica l pa ram e ters. It needs comb in ing
w ith the annu lus space speed and requ ires that friction is
larg er than a ce rtain num ber. The wa ll shea r stress caused by
cem ent slurry flow ing in the annu la r space is a key e lem ent
tha t affects the d isplacing effic iency. W e m ust take the
ove ra ll des ign of flu id in the we llbore into consideration if a
good cem enting qua lity is requ ired.
