江苏盐城朱家墩气藏排水采气工艺技术研究

Technique of Gas Recovery by Water Drainage for Zhujiadun Gas Pool in Yancheng, Jiangsu

盐城朱家墩气藏为边水气藏, 气层埋藏深度达3 700 m 以上, 地层温度超过了
100─3cspan style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体; color: black; ">°C─2c 气井产量大。但因气井是以销定产, 所以气井生产产量波动大, 导致气井普遍产水。
针对这一特点, 利用最小携液流速理论, 开展了优选管柱排水采气和泡沫排水采气工艺技术研
究, 认为yc井采用40.3 mm的油管或用Y ch起泡剂对气井进行泡沫排水采气均可有效排出
井底积液, 保证气井的正常生产。但从经济效益考虑, 优先选择泡沫排水采气技术进行气井排
水采气。
Zhu jiadun gas poo l is an edge w ater gas poo.l The
buried depth is over 3700 m eters. The tem perature o f gas
reservo ir is higher than 100􀀁 . The gas w ells have a h ighoutput. As the gas output is dec ided by the gas se lling
m arket, the output always fluctuate and the gas we lls
genera lly produce w ater. Based on the abovem entioned
characters o f gas poo l and the m in im um flow rate theory, the
techniques, wh ich is the gas recovery by w ater dra inage w ith
optim ized tube and the gas recovery by foam w ater drainage,
have been stud ied. It is know n that gas recove ry by foam
w ater dra inage w ith 40. 3mm tube or Ych fo am ag ent could
effectively dra in the residua l flu id a t the w e ll bottom.
Consider ing the econom ic benefit, the first cho ice is the
technique of gas recovery by foam wa ter dra inage.
