摘要

适度出砂技术逐渐成为油田开发中后期的主要防砂技术。预测砂堵周期对减少

作业成本有重要的实际意义。在计算挡砂直径基础上, 建立了预测油井冲砂周期的方法, 并对

现场实例进行了仿真。经油田现场数据验证表明, 预测方法简单, 计算结果准确, 为油田高效

生产提供了参考。

Abstract

Reasonab le sanding has been them a in technology in the
m idd le- late per iod o f o ilfield deve lopm en t. It􀀁 s very
im po rtant to predict sand-b lock cycle and cut down cost of
operations. W e set up the pred iction of sand-w ashing cyc le
and sim ulation of rea l sam ples on the basis o f ca lcu la ting
d iam eter of controlled sand. A ccording to real situation, it is
va lidated tha t the prediction, w hich has re liable results, is
conv en ient and effective fo r o ilfie ld deve lopm ent.
