   钻井液的性能对钻井速度、井壁质量、固井质量及钻井泵等水力机械的使用寿命都有很大的影响。欠平衡钻井对钻井液有着比普通钻井更高的要求,钻井液多相分离技术乃关键技术之一。介绍了多相分离的主要方法及其进展情况,并指出当前旋流分离技术是钻井液多相分离的最理想方式,同时也探讨了钻井液分离技术未来的研究方向。
The capability of drilling fluids has big influence on
drilling speed, wall quality and the life span of drilling pump
and other hydraulic machines. Underbalanced drilling has
much higher demand than ordinary drilling. Drilling fluids’
multi-separation technology is one of the key technologies.
This paper introduced severalmain methods of drilling fluids’
multi-separation and their development, and pointed out that
hydrocyclone separation technology is the best separation
technology for drilling fluids separation at p resent, and then
discussed the future study direction of drilling fluids
separation.
