中短半径双弯螺杆钻具在套管内的通过能力分析

The Analysis of PDM with Double Ben t Angle Running in to Casing

 套管内侧钻中短半径水平井,由于造斜率比常规的中半径水平井要高得多,结构弯角必然较大,因此提出了这种钻具在套管内能否顺利下入的问题。采用纵横弯曲法,对在
φ139.7 mm套管内带垫块的双弯螺杆钻具组合建立了受力与变形分析模型,重点分析了双弯螺杆参数对底部钻具组合与套管壁摩擦力的影响,由实例数据计算出此钻具组合在套管内的摩擦阻力,分析了螺杆钻具在套管内下入的可行性。结果表明,双弯螺杆钻具在φ139.7 mm套管内能顺利下入。
Because the build rates of sidetracked medium-short
radius horizontal wells are higher than conventional medium-
long radius horizontal wells, their bent angles of power
downhole motors ( PDM) are very high. It is very important
to determine the possibility of running PDM with double bent
angle into the hole. This paper uses the continuous beam
theory to set up a mechanical model to analyze force and
deflection of bottom hole assembly (BHA) with double bent
housing PDM in <13917mm casing, then friction between
casing and BHA can be calculated1The possibility of running
PDM with double bent angle into the hole can be determined
by comparing the friction with the weight of BHA. In fact,
BHA with double bent housing PDM can be run into
<13917mm casing successfully.
