Grey Association Analysis of Drilling Tools Corrosion Factors in Air Drilling

伊朗TBK气田钻具腐蚀严重,钻杆更换频繁,直接影响中方钻井施工的进度和经济效益。为了弄清影响钻具腐蚀的原因,在对TBK14 井地层水质分析的基础上,应用灰色理论中的灰关联分析方法对影响钻具腐蚀的多个因素进行了探讨。分析计算结果与现场实际情况相吻合。结果表明,造成钻具腐蚀的主要原因是高温条件下酸性地层盐水的电化学腐蚀;高压空气中溶解氧对钻具的氧化腐蚀;地层砂子磨损钻具使氧化膜脱落造成的磨蚀。为了保护钻具,决定配制高pH 值且添加了缓蚀剂的稳定泡沫液进行空气泡沫钻井。实践证明此法有效地抑制了钻具的腐蚀,提高了经济效益。
Chinese side drilling executive progress and economic
benefits are effected ,due to drilling tools severe corrosion and
drilling pipe frequent replace in TBK gas - field of Iran. In
order to ascertain impacting drilling tools corrosive cause ,
application grey association analysis method of grey theory
discusses each corrosive factor , based on formation water
quality analysis of TBK 14 well. Analytical calculation
outcome dovetails field practical situation. The results show
that the main corrosive factors are acid formation briny
electro - chemical corrosion in high temperatrue ; oxidation
corrosion of dissolved oxygen in high pressure air ; oxidize
membrane shed creating wear , for strata sand abrading
drilling tools. In defence of drilling tools ,formulating high pH
value and adding corrosion inhibitor stable foam proceeds air
foam drilling. Practice indicates that this method effectively
restrains drilling tools corrosion and improves economic
benefits.
