摘要

通过垢样分析,研制出了QXJ - 01 无毒害化学清洗剂,从H2S 气体的转化吸收、溶垢效果、去油效果、腐蚀速率的试验中,得出QXJ - 01 清洗剂的合理加入量,从而达到经济、合理、安全地清洗地面注水管线的目的。该技术对石油系统结垢管线的清洗具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

QXJ - 01 nontoxic chemical cleaner has been made out

by scale sample analyzing. The reasonable amount of using

QXJ - 01 is defined after a series of experiments ,such as H₂S

gas absorption , scale dissolution ,oil removal result ,corrosion

rate ,etc. ,and by it ,We can safely clean the water injection

steel lines. This technology would be also helpful for all the

scaled steel lines in the oilfield system.
