气井不关井试井技术的研究与应用

The Technical Research and Its Application in Non -shut - in Well Testing

目前现场广泛采用关井测压试井方法获得地层压力及地层参数,但在气井中往往遇到困难,有些超高压气井关井后井口压力很高,井内管柱和井口装置都难以承受,对于低渗透气层关井常常需要数周时间,才能获得满意的压力恢复曲线资料,对产能影响较高。针对这一问题,提出通过不关井只改变工作制度的方法使产量改变,测取井底压力的数据变化,运用多孔介质气体不稳定渗流理论,得出基本方程,通过计算拟合确定油气藏的目前平均地层压力、地层有效渗透率和表皮系数等气藏参数。
At present operating position extensively adopt the
method of measuring pressure and well testing in advance of
shutting in and in order to acquire reservoir pressure and
reservoir parameters. However , this operation can’t be used
in gas well , because there is very high wellhead pressure in
some superhigh gas wells after shutting in ,which pipe wall
and wellhead device are difficult to bear so hish pressure. In
order to obtain satisfied pressures ,the low permeability of gas
well will be shut in some weeks ,which can seriously influence
the gas well’s production. It is a good method that we only
change its working conditions not to shut in so sa to get
bottom pressure , according as the porous medium gas
unstable infuent theory , to acquire the basic equation and
calculae to fit the past for purpose of ascertaining the average
stratum pressure at present , reservoir effective pemeability ,
skin factor and other reservoir paramelers.
