低渗气藏水锁伤害机理与防治措施分析

低渗气藏普遍具有低孔、低渗的特点,气、水及少量的油赖以流动的通道很窄,渗流阻力很大,液固界面及液气界面的相互作用力很大,使水锁效应明显增强,不利于气藏的开发。在水锁产生的原因的基础上,分析其影响因素,产生机理,提出了相应的保护措施。实践证明采用流变性好和暂堵能力强的钻井液形成保护性好的滤饼,使钻井液侵入储层的量和深度减到最小;加入表面活性剂降低界面张力,从而降低毛细管力,增强钻井液滤液返排能力是两种主要的防治手段。
Low permeability means low pore and low permeability ,the
channels which the gas , water and oil flow is very narrow ,
permeate resistance is much large , reciprocity force of the
interface between liquid and solid or liquid and gas is large ,these
made the water blocking effective buildup evidence. This paper
basis on the water blocking define and the reasons ,analysis the
influence factor and mechanism ,give the protect methods. Field
practice test that using the good rheological characteristic and
temporary plugging ability well mud can form the well protect
filter cake and make quantity and depth of the mud intrude the
reserve least ; add surfactant can depress the capillary force ,
raising the mud filtrate return capacity , these are the two main
prevention and cure means.
