The Research and Application of Injection-increased Technology about Active Nanometer Material

为了降低注水压力,改善文东油田的注水开发效果,将纳米技术引入油田开发领域,使用纳米材料降低注水压力,提高吸水能力。活性纳米材料以SiO2 为主要成分,具有极强憎水亲油能力,在砂岩颗粒表面产生物理吸附作用,改变砂岩表面的润湿性,提高水相渗透率,从而降低注入水的流动阻力,起到降压增注作用,开发出成本低廉的水基携带液。经岩心驱替试验与现场应用证明,纳米材料增注技术能够降低低渗透油田的注水压力,提高吸水能力,从而改善油田注水开发效果。
To reduce water injection pressure , improve waterflood
development effect in Wennan oilfield ,the Nanometer technology
is introduced into oilfield development and is used to reduce
water injection pressure and increase water absorbing capacity.
Nanometer material which is mainly composed of SiO2 is provided
with significant water resistant and oil-wet power which can
produce physical absorptive action at the surface of sandstone
grain and increase water phase permeability. The results of above
all can reduce flow resistance of injection water and reduce
pressure and increase water injection. The developed low cost
aqueous transport fluid testified by core2flooding experiment and
field application indicates that the injection2increased technology
can reduce water injection pressure of low permeable oilfield ,
strengthen water absorbing capacity and improve water injection
development effect.
