摘要

简述了旋冲钻井技术的特点,介绍了液动冲击器的工作机理及其性能参数测试在冲击器研制、改进和性能评定中的重要作用,总结了目前已有的液动冲击器试验台架和测试工作,并给出了应将室内实验、现场测试和计算机仿真相结合开展性能参数测试的建议。

Abstract

This article describes the characters of hydraul in rotary

percussion drilling technology , introduces the mechanism of

hammers and the importance of performance2parameter2test in

hammer’s manufacture , betterment and performance assess.

Summarizes the current performance parameter test scheme ,

equipment and work of hydraulic hole hammer. And gives some

suggestions such as the test work should combine in2home cell

test ,field test and computer simulation.
