文南油田断块多,地层复杂,稳定性差,易坍塌掉块;大部分区块含大段膏泥岩,易造浆,钻井液维护困难;地层压力层系较为紊乱,沙二下至沙三中大都含异常压力层,易涌易漏;钻井施工中“喷、漏、卡、塌”等事故频发,严重制约钻井速度的提高。通过应用固相清除技术、井壁稳定技术、随钻防漏技术等多项钻井液技术,效果显著,有效保障和促进了该地区钻井速度的提高。
Wennan oilfield belongs to many faults oilfield. The
formation is very complicated and unstable ,and easily falls blocks
or even caves in . In most blocks , there are long distance clay
layers with gypsum that make it diffcult to keep the properties of
the drilling fluid ,and the pressure sequence of formation is not
regular that easily result in blowout ,mud lost , sticking the pipe
and collapse in drilling process that affect the safety of downhole
and limit the rate of drilling . With controlling solid , stabilizing
the wall of the well and preventing mud lost etc technologies in
drilling process ,the drilling effect is satisfatied and drilling rate
also have been improved.
