为了满足稠油热采工艺对油井固井水泥石强度的要求,通过对固井水泥石强度耐高温机理的分析,以及硅粉水泥浆耐高温试验,硅粉水泥浆与添加剂性能试验,耐高温低密度水泥浆性能试验,筛选出较为适宜的热采井固井水泥添加剂及其适用配比,较好地改善了固井水泥石的耐高温强度。
This research is designed to improve the high-temperature
resistance of cement so as to further to satisfy the requirements we
have in applying heavy oil thermal recovery technology.Based on
the analysis of high2temperature resistant mechanism of cement
and the experiment on the strength of a variety of high
temperature resistant cement , the research focuses on studying
optimum preparation of molecules of the various elements
affecting the strength of cement for the purpose of selecting
quality cement additives suitable for cementing thermal production
wells.
