针对油田高温、高盐调驱使用延缓交联剂的需要,同时兼顾环境保护,采用络合法,经过分子设计,研制了一种新型有机铝延缓交联剂L - 2 ,并对其性能进行了评价。该产品为无色无味液体,延缓时间在6~48 h 内可调,能与聚合物形成体型结构,交联强度大,在100℃、矿化度为250 g/ L 的条件下,仍然表现出较好的交联效果,符合环保要求,而且合成工艺简单,可操作性强,同时在降低产品生产成本,提高其综合性能方面都具有较高的应用价值。
For the sake of the demanding of precrosslinker in some
oilfield with high temperature and higher salt and in a accord with
environmental protection , this article adopting complexometry ,
through molecular design ,developed a kind of new style organic
aluminium delaid cross2linker ,on there of the performance has
been evaluated . This product is achromatism insipidity liquid ,its
slack time can be adjusted in 6~48 hour ,it can form physical
conformation with polymer ,its cross2linked intensity is large. It
can manifest preferable cross linked effect in the condition of 100
degree centigrade and degree of mineralization of 250 g/L. It
conforms environmental requirements ,its synthesization is simple ,
its operability is strong and it has superior applied valuation of
reducing manufacturing cost and improving combination property.
