非均质油藏因其复杂构造和特殊储层物性等导致层间干扰严重,中差层潜力大,油藏水驱采收率低,提高开发水平的难度大。近年来综合运用地质油藏精细描述新技术,对储层和剩余储量重新认识评价,配套多靶定向井侧钻、<10116 mm 套管一次固井、深调、分注等挖
潜工艺技术与方法,对胡12 块进行细分重组综合调整治理,水驱采收率提高了813 % ,探索出一套非均质油藏高含水期提高采收率的技术集成,对同类油藏的开发具有借鉴意义。
The management-level and improving low permeability were
restricted seriously by the complication of structure , the
heterogeneity reservoir properties , the difference of fluid
properties and interlayer interference in the progress of developing
heterogeneity reservoir , this resulted in lower EOR of water-
driving. In recent years many technology and methods had been
used in the development of Hu12 block ,including subdivision and
regroup of formation , revaluation of reservoir and remaining
reserve ,mature 4 inch casing , sidetracking , separate zone water
injection and so on. Based on the above measures ,the recovery
was enhanced to 4313 % from 35 %. And a complete set of
mating techniques and methods were put forward to enhance the
recovery for the heterogeneity reservoir which is in the stage of
high water cut. These methods provided in this paper will have an
important guidance and reference meaning in EOR of for the
heterogeneity reservoir.
