针对东濮凹陷天然气藏储层特征,研究了保护天然气储层的钻井完井液体系。该体系表面张力低,滤失量低,流变性和润滑性好,抑制性强,高温下性能稳定,能有效降低水锁和水敏对储层造成的损害。经现场应用保护储层效果显著,钻井完井液性能优良,直接增加了单井油气产量,提高了天然气的勘探开发效率。
According to oil and gas reserve layer character , mineral
component of Zhongyuan Oilfield , latency damage factors to deep
oil and gas layer were analyzed. Protected deep2seated gas
drilling fluid and completion fluid was studied. This drilling fluid
has lower filtrate , higher inhibition , stability high temperature
and high pressure character , and reduce filtrate tensile force
between filterer and layer gas , and depress water locking effect
and water sensitivity effect , and reduce damage of drilling fluid to
reserve layer. It has high infiltration ratio recovery value and low
cost.
