Study of the Additives in Acidizing in Bonan Oilfield

针对渤南油田含油层系多、主力单层厚度大、平面上迭合连片、原油性质好、埋藏深,渗透性差、自然能量和吸水能力低等特点,评价了渤南油田酸化中铁离子二次沉淀、酸化淤渣产生量、防膨剂和助排剂的作用、酸液导致润湿反转的程度、酸液(乏酸) 对原有的乳化作用等,在此基础上筛选了适合渤南油田的铁离子稳定剂、防酸化淤渣剂、粘土防膨剂、助排剂、润湿反转剂(互溶剂) 和防乳破乳剂,并评价了各添加剂在酸化中的作用,为同类型低渗透油藏的开发提供了科学依据。
It had been found that Bonan Oilfield had many
characteristics , such as many oil-bearing series ,high thickness of
main producing single layer , connecting as a whole on plane ,
good property of crude oil , high depth of burial , poor
penetrability , low natural energy and water absorbing capability.
Aimed at the above characteristics , a series of evaluation work
was completed in acidizing of Bonan Oilfield , including
secondary precipitation of iron ion , acid sludge formation
quantity , effect of anti-clay-swelling agent and cleanup additive ,
extent of wettability reversion induced by acid liquor ,
emulsification effect of acid liquor ( spent acid) to crude oil. On
this basis , various additives suitable for Bonan Oilfield was
optimised , including ferric ion stabilizing agent , anti-sludging
agent , anti-clay-swelling agent , cleanup additive , wettability
reversal agent (mutual solvent) , non-emulsifier and demulsifier.
Also the performance of these additives in acidizing was studied ,
which provided scientific basis for the development of similar low
permeability reservoirs.
