低产油井间歇生产工作制度的研究与应用

为了提高油井产量,针对低产、低渗、低孔隙油井间歇生产的特点,运用压力恢复试井理论和井筒流动压力分布理论,对低产油井间歇生产工作制度的确定方法进行了研究,推导出低产油井间歇生产的开关井时间及产量的计算公式。现场应用表明,合理优化间歇生产工作制度,不但可以提高单井(层) 产油量,而且能够提高泵效,最大限度地节约电能,直接经济效益非常可观。
Through study of determination method for intermittent low
producing well , the calculating formula for its open/ close time
and production output has been achieved ,which focusing on low
producing, low permeability and low porosity of the formation
produced intermittently , and the pressure build-up theory and
well-bore flow pressure distribution theory applied. The field
operation proves that not only it can increase the productivity per
well and/ or zone , but also increase the efficiency of pump ,
maximize saving the electrical power ,and also obtain the direct
observable economic benefits through the optimizing the
intermittent production method system.
