Preparation and Evaluation of Cation Polymer Anti-swelling Agent/ Sand Controller

合成了两种阳离子聚合物防膨抑砂剂,对其防膨和抑砂性能进行了评价,并与油田常用的一些防膨抑砂剂进行了对比,结果表明产物具有较好的防膨和抑砂性能。研究了石英砂粒径和驱动介质粘度对产物性能的影响,研究结果表明:当石英砂粒径大于013 mm、驱动介质粘度大于50 mPa·s 时,合成产物基本失去抑砂能力。
Two kinds of cation polymer anti-swelling agents/ sand
controllers were prepared , and their anti-swelling and sand
controlling performance were studied compared with common anti-
swelling agents/ sand controllers applied in oil field , the results
suggested that the production possessed relatively good anti-
swelling and sand controlling performance. At the same time ,the
effect on its performance of sand partiial-size and flooding
medium viscousity were studied also ,the results suggested that ,
when sand partical-size was bigger than 013mm ,flooding medium
viscousity was higher than 50mPa·s ,the production prepared in
this article nearly losed its sand controlling performance.
