摘要

偏轴防斜钻具是一种新型的防斜钻具。分析了偏轴防斜钻具的工作原理,设计出了直径241.3 mm 井眼用偏轴接头,并优选了技术参数。研究设计的偏轴钻具组合在辽河油田进了现场试验,取得了明显的效果,控制了井斜,又保持了较高的机械钻速。

Abstract

Eccentric BHA is a new deflection controlling tool. The

paper studied its deflection controlling mechanism. An eccentric

shaft connection fitted 241.3mm well was designed , and its

technology parameters was optimized. The eccentric BHA was

carried out field-testing in Liaohe Oilfield. Good results have

been gotten. Hole deflection was controlled and high drilling rate

was also kept.
