摘要

套管钻井作为一项崭新的技术,改变了传统的钻井工艺,对目前钻井有很大的影响。文中概括了套管钻井的优点和适用范围,介绍了套管钻井系统和套管钻井钻机,主要叙述了套管钻井工艺在15 口气井的现场试验,以及表层井眼和生产井眼钻井过程中进行的技术改进。现场应用表明,套管钻井可以加快完井,降低钻井成本。

Abstract

As a new technique , casing drilling changed conventional

drilling technology. It has a significant effect on present drilling .

The paper introduces the advantages of casing drilling and casing

drilling system ,describes mainly the field test of casing drilling in

the surface , intermediate and production hole sections.

Compared with the wells drilled conventionally ,casing drilling is

more efficient , reducing downhole problems and saving drilling

time and cost.
