The On-site Application of Boosting Water Injection Technique in Low Permeability Reservoir

低渗透油藏注水井大多启动压差大,要求注水压力高,注水难以达到配注要求,其结果是地层能量得不到有效补充,注水效果不理想。受平面非均质性的影响,整体增压运行成本高,效率低。通过单井装增压泵的增压注水方式,可以有效提高注水量,促进油井见效增产,达到提高低渗透油田注水波及效率和采收率的目的。
The main characters of low permeability reservoir are of low
porosity,fine pore throat , large filtrational resistance , and fairly
low productivity and water absorbing capacity. Most of injection
wells possess high start-up prseeure which means bigger injecting
pressure , and often the rate of water injection cannot satisfy
injection allocation with bad injection result. Influenced by the
areal heterogeneity ,the operation cost of upgrading water injection
sytstem wholly is always higher and low efficiency. Through the
way of mounting booster pump on individual well , it will be
achieved to increase water injection rate ,promote the production
among these affected wells , and finally improve the sweep
efficiency and oil recovery rate.
