TK908DH 井是塔河油田第一口双分支水平井,同时也是国内垂深最深的一口双分支水平井。该井在固井施工过程中,通过在主井眼采用双级固井工艺技术,保证了技术套管的固井质量,为分支水平段的顺利施工提供了条件。分支水平段通过采用挂钩式尾管悬挂器、筛管顶部注水泥工艺技术,固井质量达到合格,保证了第一、二分支井筒交汇处的承压密封性,使该井的完井工艺达到TAML 分类的4 级,为深井分支水平井的固井施工提供了宝贵经验。
TK908DH is the first dual branch horizontal well in Tahe
Oilfield. It is the deepest in vertical depth in China. Main hole
adopted two stage cementing technology ,ensuring the cement job
quality and providing the condition of successful construction for
branch horizontal section. The cement job quality is achieved to
standard , bearing leakproofness in first and second branch hole
cross is ensured , by adopting pegged liner hanger in branch
horizontal section and cementing technology on the top of screen
pipe.Well completion technology is achieved to 4 grade of TAML
classification. The cementing technology offers valuable
experience for deep branch horizontal well cement job.
