According to the wave functions and the boundary
conditions , the radiation impedance of the ultrasonic
transducer using in oil extraction was deduced . The effect of
the ultrasonic frequency and the density and the sound speed
of the well liquid and cement stratum and the rock stratum
on the radiation impedance of the ultrasonic transducer were
discussed. It was obtained that the radiation impedance of
the ultrasonic transducer changes in evidence with the
ultrasonic frequency and the sound speed of the well liquid .
