摘要

根据中原油田地质特征,结合国内外水平井固井技术发展状况,从优化钻井设计、井眼清洗、套管扶正居中、液体流态、冲洗隔离液及水泥浆性能方面提出了提高水平井顶替效率和固井质量的技术措施。通过4 口井的实际应用,取得了较好的固井质量。

Abstract

According to the geologic characteristic of Zhongyuan

oilfield , combined with the development situation of

horizontal well technology in home and abroad , this paper

presents the technical measures about how to enhance

displacing efficiency and cementing quality from optimizing

drilling program design , bore hole cleaning , casing

centralization and positioning , fluid flow pattern , flushing

spacer and cement slurry properties. Through four wells’

application , the cementing quality has achieved better

results , and provides better reference substance for the future

horizontal cementing jobs.
