史深100 低渗透油田主力含油层系为沙三中,由于其特殊的地层性质,在钻井过程中更容易受到污染而降低采收率。实验结果表明,铵盐钻井液对粘土的抑制作用有利于保护史深100 水敏性油层;在入井液中添加防膨剂、缓蚀剂、破乳剂、助排剂,可得到性能良好的新井入井液;单向屏蔽暂堵剂和降滤失剂的使用,油管传输负压射孔均可减少对地层的伤害。因此,在钻完井过程中采取各种有效的油层保护技术,降低污染危害,是关系到此类低渗透油田开发效益的关键。
The Middle Es3 , the main oil2bearing series of Shishen
100 ,is easy to be polluted during drilling due to its special
formation properties , which also cause low recovery
efficiency.The experiments show that the inhibitation of
ammonium salt drilling mud can protect water-sensitive
formations better in Shishen 100 ; inflows with good
performance can be made by adding clay stabilizer ,corrosion
inhibitor , demulsifying agent and cleanup additive ; besides ,
the use of one-way temporary blocking agent and fluid loss
additive also lessen damages on formations as well as negative
pressure perforating through tubing1So , using all effective
techniques during drilling and completing to reduce formation
pollutions is the key affecting the benefit of developing low
permeable oilfields.
