高温高矿化度地层条件下,交联聚丙烯酰胺调驱剂的稳定性能较差,Ca2 + 等二价金属离子是影响其稳定性的一个重要因素。而Na2 ××可充分利用地层水中的Ca2 + 与其反应产生沉淀起调堵作用,水解产生的碱与原油中的石油酸反应产生表面活性剂起驱油作用。文中研究了Na2 ××产生沉淀的条件,降低油水界面张力的活性能力,对地层的堵塞能力,对比评价了交联聚丙烯酰胺调驱剂与Na2 ××调驱剂的调驱效果。结果表明,Na2 ××调驱效果明显好于交联聚丙烯酰胺调驱剂。
The stability property of crosslinked PAM agent which
form under high temperature and high salinity formation
condition is bad . Among which ,Ca2 + is an important factor
which effects the system’s stability property , but Na2 ××
can react with Ca2 + to achieve plug. The surfactant which got
through the hydrolization’s alkalis and crude oil’s acid can
displace oil .The paper studied the condition of Na2 ××to
produce preapition , plug property to formation , activity
property of declining interfacial tension.Comparing and
evaluating the effect of the crosslinked HPAM and Na2 ××
under high temperature and high salinity formation
condition ,the result shows that the effect of profile control
and displacement of Na2 ×× is obviously superior to
crosslinked HPAM.
