含油岩屑洗涤方式对原油荧光特性的影响

Influence of Washing Ways of Oil Cuttings on Fluorescence Characteristics of Crude Oil

定量荧光录井分析和岩石热解地化录井分析的直接对象是钻井过程返至地面的岩屑,而岩屑洗涤是对岩屑进行处理的第一个重要环节,洗涤效果直接影响测试分析结果的准确性。本项研究按照提出的优选原则,利用实际含油和不含油岩心进行洗涤方式的实验对比研究,结果发现,表面活性剂水溶液的洗涤效率明显高于清水。在试验的表面活性剂中,阳离子表面活性剂CTAB 的洗涤效果最好,其次是阴离子表面活性剂ABS ,生活用洗涤剂效果最差。4 口井现场试验结果表明,利用CTAB 溶液洗涤岩屑,可进一步提高定量荧光分析结果的有效性。
The direct object of both analyses of quantitative fluorescence and geochemical logging is the drilling cutting ,of which the washing is the first important step of cutting processing. The efficiency of washing has direct influence on the accuracy of test analysis. According to the optimizing principle suggested in this paper ,comparative experimental tests of washing way were conducted on both oil cores and cores containing no oil. It is shown both in lab and field tests that the washing efficiency of surfactant solution is better than that of pure water , and of all kinds of surfactants tested in this study , cationic surfactant (CTAB) is superior to others ,while anionic surfactant (SDBS) is just inferior to CTAB ,and general detergent is to the last.
