微生物采油技术在垦90 断块油田的应用

简要介绍了微生物采油技术的基本原理及其应用工艺。根据垦90 断块油田生产中出现的主要问题,开展了微生物单井维护现场试验。室内分析和现场监测结果表明,微生物对试验井的正常生产有较好的维护作用,表现在抽油机负荷减小和管线回压的降低,减少了检泵次数,延长了免修周期,提高了原油产量。

The article sketched out the fundamental principles and the application of the oil recovery technique by microbe. Aimming at the main questions during the oil production of the Ken-90 block , the field-tests have been made about the maintenance of single well by microbe. According to the results of the analysis in lab and the field measurement , microorganism has played an important role in the maintenance of the normal production during the experiment ,which is manifested by the following changes : Christmas trees’ load diminished , the back pressure of pipe lowering , the periods of check-out-pump prolonged , the oil recovery efficiency enhanced and so on.
