摘要
目前钻井系统中使用的关井地层破裂压力允许值计算方法存在缺点,考虑各种影响因素及其它条件,根据“U”形管原理、压力平衡方程和气体状态方程,推出关井地层破裂压力允许值计算的新方法。现场应用结果表明,该方法计算精度高,简单实用,应用范围较广,能为下一步的顺利施工创造良好的条件。
Abstract
As existing disadvantages in many calculating methods used in drilling system to calculate available value of formation breakdown pressure during shutting-in wells , are analyzed and demonstrated. Various influence factors and other conditions are considered. Based on the U-tube principle ,equation of pressure equilibrium and equation of gas state ,a new kind of method are introduced. Field application shows that the new method is higher accuracy, simple and easy to be used , a wider scope to be applied ,and can also create good conditions to be operated in the further successfully.
