永8 断块出砂预测及防砂技术的应用

永8 断块是1999 年总公司重点产能建设区块。该断块油藏地层胶结疏松,各层均存在出砂倾向,是典型的稠油出砂油藏。地层出砂造成油水井不能正常生产。为了保证该区块的正常开发,对该断块的出砂机理、出砂预测、储层及流体等方面进行研究,对防砂技术进行了优化,3 年来共应用绕丝筛管砾石充填、金属毡滤砂管、脲醛树脂等防砂工艺施工24 井次,累积增油1311268 kt ,保证了区块正常生产。

Being the priority fault-block of oil production of China Petro-chemical corporation in 1999 , Yong 8 fault-block is a typical sand production oil reservoir as it’s unconsolidation , existing sand production trend each layor. So in order to insure the normal production ,the reservoir’s sand production mechanism and forcast method , study on reservoir and fluid were done , the sand control technique were optimizated. Having been used in oil producthing wells , the accumulated oil production is 131 268 tons.
