PDC 钻头钻井在给油田带来高钻速、高效益、较高井身质量的同时,由于其特殊的钻头结构、岩石破碎机理,导致岩屑细碎呈粉末状从而给岩屑采集、显示识别、岩石定名带来很大困难,也就产生了一个行业性的难题———PDC 钻头钻进条件下的录井方法。立足现有工艺技术水平,从岩屑采集、岩性识别、污染排除、油气显示失真等方面对此进行探讨。

Well drilling with PDC bit has produced high drilling velocity ,good benefit and higher quality of well structure for the oilfield. Meanwhile ,because of the special construction of drilling bit and the rock breaking mechanism , this method has resulted in powder-shape detritus ,yielding more difficulty for the cuttings collection oil display recognition and rock denomination. Therefore , an industrial problem occurs-the well logging method on the condition of well drilling with PDC bit .Based on the present technological level ,this paper analyses the well logging method while drilling with PDC bit according to the cuttings collection , lithology identification , contamination removal ,hydrocarbon display distortion and so on.
