阐述了螺杆加PDC 钻头复合钻进技术及其应用效果。结果表明,该技术在中原油田钻井中可用于中深部地层的快速钻进,大倾角易斜地层中的防斜快打,定向井中造完斜后原钻具的直接稳斜钻进和深井、小井眼中的高效钻进,对中原油田提高机械钻速,缩短建井周期,节约钻井成本,加快勘探开发步伐具有重要意义。

While screw drilling tool driving the effective PDC bit (not is roller bit ) , the rotary table is rotating at 30～70 rpm. In Drilling process ,it has been mainly used under the following four cases. The first case is quick drilling in the middle and deep holes. The second is anti-deflection drilling in highly dipping formations which are easy to make the holes deflected. The third is stabilizing inclination drilling in directional well. And the fourth is efficient drilling in deep and small hole. The applied effectivendess in Zhongyuan oilfield shows that compound drilling technique is able to increase the rate of penetration ,shorten the well construction period and save the drilling cost .
