裸眼换套工艺的改进及常见复杂情况的处理

针对中原油田裸眼取换套管采用的铅封注水泥补接器存在的问题,提出采用套管对扣器的新工艺方法,并对施工时可能出现的复杂情况进行了具体分析,并结合现场实例提供了具体的处理措施。现场施工表明,该工艺具有良好的效果,提出的处理措施在现场施工中也发挥了良好的作用。

Aimming at the problems existing in casing replacing which use lead seal cement flooding , in open hole wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield , a new technique which use make-up clamp for casing is suffered , and analyzes the practical conditions existing during oilfield construction in detail. The new specific processing measures are provided combining with the field realities ,Having been constructed in the holes , it has shown good result .
