摘要
通过对增稠剂体系、延迟交联系统、破胶系统的研究,确定了井壁稳定液室内配方,并对井壁稳定体系进行了性能评价,开展了现场应用工艺研究。室内研究证明:该井壁稳定技术延迟交联温度可控制在30~60 ℃,延迟交联时间可控制,耐温可达130 ℃。该技术可有效地防止井壁坍塌,明显降低洗井液用量,减少滤失,且对地层伤害小。该技术在梁46 - 支平1 井上进行了现场应用,获得了良好的应用效果和经济效益。
Abstract
Through analyzing the research of thickening system , retarded crosslinker system and gel breaker system , the lab formula of wellface stabilization was developed. Furthermore the property of wellface stabilizing system was evaluated and used in well production. Lab research showes : this system retarded crosslinking temperature can be adjusted from 30 ℃ to 60 ℃, and the time also can be controlled , the highest using temperature is up to 130 ℃. This technique can effectively prevent borehole collapse , reduce the volume of flush fluid , lessen filtration , and create less damage to formation. Using in Liang 46-1 branching horizon well production , the system achieved expecting results and economic benefit .
