Experimental Study on Novel Sand Consolidation Chemical in High Water-bearing Period

胜利油田多数砂岩油藏已进入高含水期开采,油层温度普遍有所降低,同时大量出砂,造成地层亏空严重。为了进一步提高高含水期的防砂层强度,在模拟地层条件下对糠醇树脂低聚物固砂剂进行了室内研究。试验研究表明,该固砂剂对地层或充填层的固结强度高,固结后渗透率损害低(16 %~28 %) ,与地层配伍性好,使用安全,易于注入和施工,且成本较低,目前已在实验室及现场成功地进行了试验。
After most reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield came into high water-bearing period , such phenomena have appeared as serious deficiency , lowered temperature , large amount of sand production in reservoirs and so on. In order to solve these problems , the study on furfuryl alcohol resin used as conslidated chemical has been developed under modeling reservoir conditions in lab. At present , the ingredient has been carried on successfully. The system has such advantages as low cost , well compatibility to the reservoir , low permeability damage and highly-consolidated strength after consolidation , safe use , easy to inject and operate and so on.
