应用弹性力学和材料力学有关理论,对钻井过程中的小井眼卡钻现象进行了分析,建立了小井眼卡钻的力学模型,并对影响小井眼卡钻的各种因素(下放速度、遇阻吨位、井壁摩擦系数、地层因素、钻具几何尺寸及缩径严重程度等) 进行了定量分析,在此基础上,提出了预防和处理小井眼卡钻的具体措施。
This paper analyzes a kind of sticking-undergaugehole sticking , and establishes the mechanical model. According to the model , the main factors that affect thiskind of sticking are the velocity of running the drilling string , the tonnage of touching down the expanding formation section , wall friction coefficient , formation properties , the geometric size of drilling string , the serious degree of formation expanding and so on. In the meanwhile , it calculated the required pulling force that make the stuck pipe free. On the basis of this calculations , it carried out abstractive measures that preclude and deal with this kind of sticking.
