用引发聚合方法合成了一种耐温抗盐二元共聚物驱油剂———AMPS/ AM。研究结果表明,在单体浓度为20 % ,AMPS∶AM 为1. 0∶4. 0 ,引发剂用量为单体总量的0.030 %~0.050 % ,pH 值为中性时,可以得到增粘效果较好的合成
聚合物。它在矿化度为1.6 ×105 mg/ L 的盐水中可配成稳定的溶液,经90 ℃90 d 热稳定试验后,该溶液粘度保持率仍较高。
To seek Polymers for EOR in hostile reservoirs , the synthesis of acrylamide/ 2-acrylamido-2 methylpropane solfonic acid (AMPS/ AM ) bicopolymers by initiated ploymerization in aqueous solution is studied. It is shown that bicopolymers in a 16 % mixed salt solution can be reached with reacting mixtures containing 20 % mourners and 0.03 % - 0.05 % initiator in neutral media (pH =7) in 6 hrs. 0.3 % bicopolymer solution in salt water has viscosity 34.4 mpa•s (25℃, 7.3s - 1 ) and maintains enough viscosity (20.3mpa•s) after aging at 90℃over 90 days
