针对原油中的溶解气和抽油泵沉没度决定泵效的传统说法进行分析,指出原油中的溶解气对泵效的影响并不大,同时从热力学角度和多相平衡理论推断出原油在泵腔内的气蚀作用是影响泵效的主要原因。在此基础上,提出泵的最佳沉没理论和通过调整抽汲参数提高泵效的方法。
In this paper , it is analyzed that pump efficiency is decided by solution gas in crude oil and submergence depth of oil well pump. It is pointed out the solution gas isn’t the main reason of effecting pump efficiency. Based on thermodynamics and heterogeneous equilibrium theory, the caviation erosion for crude oil in pump room is the main reason of effecting the improvement of pump efficiency, so the optimum submersible theory and method of improving pump efficiency from swabbing parameters is provided.
