针对青海尕斯油田N1 —N12油藏出砂严重这一问题,研制出与之相匹配的GS 固砂剂,并对在该区域采用直接注固砂剂的固砂工艺进行了室内模拟试验,初步探讨出GS 中的固化剂加量、挤入GS 量及扩孔液、扩孔体积等对固结强度和渗透率的影响,并优选出合适的固砂剂种类和相关工艺参数,在该工艺条件下,其固结体抗压强度大于10 MPa ,渗透率损害小于30 % ,这些条件对现场施工产生了有效的指导作用。
Aimming at the problems of high sand preduction in N1 - N12 reservoir in Gasi Oilfield , Qinghai Province , the GS sand consolidation agent was prepared corresponding the demands of treatment ,and the lab simulation test in which the sand consolidation process of injecting sand agent directly was done. Having been discussed preliminary , the effect of the amount of sand solidation agent in GS , sequeezing volume of GS and enlarging liquid , enlarging volume etc , to strength and permeability of consolidated volume , and types of consolidation agent and their process parameters are optimized. Under the conditions of the process , the compression strength of consolidated volume is higher than 10 MPa , the percent of permeability damage is lower than 30 , having instructive value on construction on the site.
