测井技术是现代石油工业中高新技术含量最多的技术门类之一。现代测井技术是随着当代基础学科和其它技术学科的飞速发展而诞生、发展的。现代测井技术经历了数字测井、数控测井和成象测井3个发展阶段,在石油与天然气的勘探开发中已发挥了极为重要的作用。通过引进、消化、吸收、改进国外现代测井技术,我国测井界研制与开发了新型的测井仪器和信息处理系统,目前已成为世界四大测井强国之一。必须加强现代测井技术的基础实验和前沿技术的研究和投入,创建与发展中国的新型现代测井技术,参与国际市场的竞争。

Well logging technique is one of the branches which have more advanced technological content in modern petroleum industry. Modern well logging technological birth and development is followed rapid development of base science and other technological study of present age. The modern well logging techniques has under went three development stages : digital logging technique , computerized logging technique , and imaging logging technique. It plays an important role in the oil and gas exploration and development . By introduction, digestion , absorb and improvement the foreign modern well logging techniques , the well logging circles of China has prepared and developed new logging tools and information processing system. Today , China has become one of the world four strong well logging countries. Input investment in basic experiment and frontal technical research should be emphasized construction and develop new type modern well logging techniques of China , participating competition in the international market.
