摘要

通过分析直井眼中抽油杆的受力情况,计算得出了抽油杆扶正器的最佳安装位置。不同的冲程、冲次下,扶正器安装的间距也不同。现场实践证明,该分析是正确的,收到了防止管杆偏磨、延长检泵周期的良好效果。

Abstract

In this paper , the force - summing of sucker rod in the straight borehole is analized , which gives the best position of the installation of rod centralizer by caulating as well as points the different position of the centralizer with the different pump speed. Under the guidance , we can controll the biasabrasion of the pipe lever effectly and prolong the pumpchecked cycle.
