针对中原油田文东地区地层复杂,盐间高压油气井钻井难度大,极易造成井喷、井漏、划眼、卡钻等复杂情况,分析了高密度钻井液技术的难点,对深井高密度聚磺饱和盐水钻井液的配制、维护处理提出了具体的要求。三开采用高密度聚磺饱和盐水钻井液,钻进过程中加强维护处理,有效的解决了文东深井高密度钻井液的流变性、润滑、防塌、抗温等难题,降低了钻井成本。
Geological condition in Wendong Block of Zhongyuan Oilfield is very complicated , large section of evaporite beds exist . Therefore , drilling troubles as blow out , lost circulation , hole sloughing and stuck pipe are likely to happen. Analysising the difficult points of high density drilling technique , the detailed requirement for preparation and maintence of heigh density Polysulfonate saturated salt solution and salt water drilling fluid in deep wells are provided. High weight polysulfonate salt water drilling fluids were used while the third drilling. Wells drilled using this system were trouble f ree.
